The death of a 21-year-old man early Wednesday morning is being investigated as a murder by Saskatoon police.
Police said in a release the man was found injured on the 300 block Avenue U South, near 20th Street, around 2:30 a.m.
Emergency responders attempted to save his life, but they were unsuccessful.
Saskatoon police’s major crimes and forensic units ruled the death a homicide.
Police aren’t releasing the victim’s name or how he died. An autopsy is being scheduled.
