Saskatoon police have made two more arrests following an investigation into an assault and forcible confinement at a Saskatoon motel on May 5.
Police say two men, ages 38 and 45, had been unlawfully confined and assaulted at a motel in the 600 block of Idylwyld Drive.
The 38-year-old man was seriously assaulted with a hammer and had to be treated in hospital.
Two men, ages 32 and 34 are now charged with break and enter, robbery, forcible confinement and utter threats. The 34-year-old man faces additional charges of possession of stolen property under $5,000 and theft of a credit card.
On May 14, a 36-year-old man was charged in the incident with aggravated assault, break and enter, forcible confinement, theft under $5,000 and uttering threats.
