Saskatoon police are investigating after two men were assaulted and unlawfully confined earlier this week.
Police say between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tuesday, two men, ages 38 and 45, were unlawfully confined and assaulted at a motel in the 600 block of Idylwyld Drive by three men.
The 38-year-old man was seriously assaulted with a hammer. He was sent to hospital for treatment.
The first suspect is described as being in his late 20s or early 30s, about 6-foot-1 with a stocky build. He was reported to have a noticeable mark or tattoo on his left cheek, and was wearing all black.
The second suspect is described as being about 5-foot-7 with a muscular build, a shaved head and several tattoos on his chest and arms. He was last seen wearing a black tank top.
The third suspect is described as being in his early 20s, about 5-foot-11 with a thin build and tattoos on his arms. He was last seen wearing a long black T-shirt, black pants and a black hat.
