A methamphetamine trafficking investigation in Saskatoon’s Pleasant Hill neighbourhood Friday has resulted in one person being taken into custody.
A 20-year-old woman was arrested following a search warrant at a home on the 400 block of Ave. P South.
After officers saw activity consistent with drug transactions, they executed the search warrant around 6:30 p.m. Friday.
Investigators, along with the Tactical Support Unit, found four individuals, 147 grams of methamphetamine, 4.5 grams of MDMA, three rifles, a sawed-off 12 gauge shotgun, two cans of bear spray, two swords, 17 knives, drug paraphernalia, and $330 in cash at the home.
Of the three seized rifles, two were sawed-off and one was loaded.
The 20-year-old woman is facing charges of trafficking methamphetamine, possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking MDMA, possession for the purpose of trafficking MDMA, possession of the proceeds of crime, and 17 firearm and weapons offenses.
