Prince Albert police arrested Charlie Napthalie Charles on Tuesday in connection with the death of Sheena Billette.
The 25-year-old man is charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping and forcible confinement, the RCMP said in a media release.
Charles will remain in custody until his first scheduled court appearance on Thursday morning.
Deborah Maggie Mckenzie, Telsa Jane Mckenzie and Sharise Justice Sutherland-Kayseas also face charges of first-degree murder, kidnapping and forcible confinement. Police arrested that trio in January.
