The final numbers for the 37th Western Canadian Crop Production Show are in, and many braved the cold for the annual event.
According to a release, nearly 17,000 people passed through the doors at Saskatoon’s Prairieland Park during the four day show.
In total, 345 companies utilized 1067 trade show booths during the event.
“Beginning as an agricultural society; agriculture and farming here in Saskatoon is woven into the fabric of who we are at Prairieland Park,” said Lori Cates, Prairieland Park Agriculture Manager, in the release.
“This particular show and its growth is a testament to the industry and the producers here in Saskatchewan.”
The Western Canadian Crop Production Show was just one event during Agriculture Business Awareness Week in Saskatoon. Crop Production Week and the CropSphere conference were also held in Saskatoon.
