Man walks away from Corrections work site in Saskatoon

Saskatoon police are on the lookout for a man who escaped from custody by walking away from a work site in Saskatoon on Friday morning.
Police said in a release that 32-year-old Scott Dwayne Ross was last seen at the Corrections urban work camp at 14th Street and University Drive around 10 a.m. Friday.
His work coat and safety vest were found in a dumpster nearby. He’s thought to be wearing green pants and green boots, and he’s known to carry break-and-enter tools.
Police say Ross isn’t considered dangerous, but anyone who sees him is being asked to contact Saskatoon police at 306-975-8300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 if they know his whereabouts.
