Fillmore RCMP are reminding those in rural Saskatchewan to lock their doors after a string of thefts and break-ins over the last few days.
According to a news release issued Saturday afternoon, it all started on Thursday when Mounties received a call about a suspicious vehicle in Sedley.
After further investigation, police received more reports — including a stolen pick-up truck, a break-and-enter at a home, two garages and several thefts from vehicles in Sedley.
On Friday, police said a Jeep Grand Cherokee was reported stolen from a farm outside Sedley. A Ford F250 truck, which had been stolen from another farm around Lajord, was also located on the same property.
RCMP continue to investigate these incidents.
