RCMP officers are responding to an incident on the Lac La Ronge First Nation.
An RCMP media release issued Friday morning said officers had set up a perimeter in the area of Mikisiw Drive in the northern community.
Residents were advised they’d be seeing an increased police presenceuntil the situation is resolved. RCMP asked people to avoid the area and follow directions from police at the scene.
