For those who go often — and those who’ve never been — Remai Modern is offering another chance to enjoy free admission.
From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, visitors can take in 11 galleries, newly-opened exhibits and activities for kids in the learning studio.
No advance tickets are required, however, early arrival is encouraged as admission is based on capacity.
This is the fourth event for the free admission program sponsored by Rawlco Radio since the Remai Modern opened in October.
“We are very proud of the Free Admission Program at Rawlco Radio,” said Pam Leyland, president of Rawlco Radio.
“It means a great deal to us to partner with Remai Modern and offer the opportunity to explore this award-winning building and feature its exceptional exhibitions and activities free of charge in our community to enjoy.”
In April 2017, the art museum announced a $1-million gift from Gordon and Jill Rawlinson and Rawlco Radio in support of the free admission program.
It ensures free access to the entire museum six days each year.
