Saskatoon police have arrested three men following an investigation into fentanyl trafficking.
Police said investigators saw what appeared to be a drug deal taking place in a parking lot on the 1500 block of 8th Street East on Dec. 22.
Officers then arrested two men, ages 31 and 53, at the scene.
According to police, the 31-year-old was in possession of a fentanyl pill and the 53-year-old was found with more than $1,500.
Officers also seized a 2010 Dodge Ram truck.
Later that evening, officers executed a search warrant at a home on the 200 block of Wilson Crescent.
There, police said, they found 55 fentanyl pills, 16 diazepam pills, a cocaine press and other drug paraphernalia.
A 36-year-old man was also arrested at that time.
All three men face drug-related charges including possession and trafficking.
