A 56-year-old man has died after being injured in a crash in Saskatoon more than a week ago.
Saskatoon police said a two-vehicle collision took place Nov.19 at the intersection of Avenue C North and Circle Drive West.
A truck heading east on Circle Drive reportedly disobeyed a red light and hit a car with two people inside.
Both people were taken to hospital with what were believed at the time to be non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said the passenger of the car, a 56-year-old man, remained in hospital since the time of the crash and his condition worsened.
He died in hospital on Nov. 25 as a result of his injuries.
The driver of the truck was not injured in the crash, and was charged with disobeying a red light.
Members of the police traffic unit continue to investigate.
