Injured worker stable after industrial accident in Saskatoon

A Saskatoon machinist is recovering in hospital after a job site accident in the city’s north end Tuesday morning.
Management at Prairie Machine and Parts said the accident involved a large piece of equipment at its Millar Avenue location, but couldn’t specify how it happened.
A 27-year-old employee suffered a broken arm and leg.
While his injuries were initially described as life-threatening, his condition has been upgraded to critical, but stable.
Occupational Health and Safety are investigating the circumstances around the accident.
