Drivers are first being assured parking meters won’t require payment, though time limits will still be applied.
Buses will be running on their holiday schedules, while the transit customer service center will be closed. However, they will take calls between 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Garbage and recycling pickup will continue on their regular schedule.
