The weekend in Saskatoon is jam packed with activities ranging from Classic Cars to Rock concerts.
Rock 102’s annual Show and Shine started Friday at the Delta Bessborough Gardens with Rock The River.
Rock the River has performances ranging from Randy Bachman, Tom Cochrane to The Stampeders and much more.
There are also races happening at Wyant Group Raceway with divisions like Super late models and Bandoleros on Friday night.
On Saturday, lawn chairs will line the sides of 8th street as Classic Cars hit the pavement for a cruise.
Some people will be driving around town trying to collect the best poker hand from noon until 2 p.m. for the Poker Rally. Register at World of Spas or online at Rock 102.
Saskatchewan International Raceway will be filled with entertainment starting around 2 p.m. Jet Cars, Funny Cars, Pro Mods and Blown-Alky Altereds.
Early risers will get a treat from Pink Cadillacs as they will be serving up pancakes from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. with all proceeds going to Rock 102’s Stuff the Bus.
Downtown will be filled with over 900 Classic cars for Canada’s biggest Car show. Organizers expect around 50 thousand people to come out for Show and Shine.
