RCMP have charged Southend’s Brennan Lee Cook, 22, after a fight outside a Pelican Narrows business led to a man’s death.
Police were called to the area around 4 p.m. Saturday and discovered an injured 25-year-old man.
He was transported to hospital, then air lifted to a hospital in Saskatoon where he eventually died of his injuries.
Around 5 p.m. Monday Cook was arrested without incident in Pelican Narrows.
He is charged with manslaughter and breach of probation and is expected to make his first court appearance in Prince Albert on Thursday.
RCMP are not releasing the 25-year-old man’s name at the request of the family who has asked for privacy.
The two men knew each other.
