Bonny Maddaford, a former Yorkton RCMP cell block guard, was sentenced to jail on Monday.
The 45-year-old pleaded guilty to drug trafficking charges back on March 9, 2017.
She hid the drugs and other items within Kinder chocolate eggs and delivered them to prisoners.
An investigation into suspected drug activity began back in November 2016 at the Yorkton Jail which included inmates being involved. She was released of her duties with the RCMP as a result of the charges.
Maddaford received three years in jail, and a 10-year firearm probation.
