A woman, 35, suffered non-life-threatening injuries after being stabbed in the chest Sunday.
Police were called to a home on the 900 block of Avenue J South at 9:45 a.m. after the woman showed up there.
The investigation determined the stabbing had actually happened on the 300 block of Avenue K South.
She was rushed to hospital for treatment, where, according to police, she is not fully cooperating with the investigation.
Officers believe the woman and her attacker know each other.
