The RCMP is investigating a fatal crash in the Pleasantdale area.
It happened Monday night involved a truck and trailer and an SUV on Highway 6, South of the community.
A woman from Naicam, the driver of the SUV, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her name is not being released at this time.
The other occupants of the involved vehicles were treated by EMS on scene.
A preliminary investigation indicates the southbound SUV and northbound truck and trailer collided on the roadway.
RCMP said alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
Naicam is located 50 kilometres south of Melfort.
