Regina police are looking for three suspects after an early morning home invasion in Regina’s Lakeview neighbourhood Sunday morning.
Officers were called to the 3600 block of Van Horne Avenue for a report of an armed robbery around 5 a.m.
Police said three men entered the home approximately four hours earlier, where they engaged in a verbal confrontation with a resident. Police added that one man pointed a gun at a man in the home. The suspects allegedly damaged and stole things before leaving.
Police said no one was physically hurt during the encounter.
The first man has been described as First Nations, with a scruffy beard and slender build. Police said he was wearing a black and white hooded sweater and was carrying a gun.
The second man was holding a blunt object. The third man was described as wearing a grey and black jacket and a black hat.
Police ask anyone with information that could help this investigation is asked to contact the Regina Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
