gina police have arrested six people in connection to an early Sunday morning shooting that put two teens in hospital.
According to the Regina Police Service, officers were called to the 700 block of Athol Street in the Washington Park neighbourhood around 2:45 a.m.
Police said two to three shots had been fired.
A 14-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy were found shot. Both were taken to hospital.
The 14-year-old was released later on Sunday, but the older boy was reportedly in serious but stable condition.
Regina police said their investigation led them to a home on the 700 block of Garnet Street, where six people were arrested and charged. Two guns were also seized.
Taurell Antonio Alexson, 20, has been charged with attempted murder and numerous weapons charges.
Several teenage boys were also charged, including a 17-year-old, a 16-year-old, a 15-year-old and two 14-year-olds.
All of the accused appeared in court in Regina on Nov. 14.
