Police have arrested two Regina men for drug related offences, and one of the men was also facing armed robbery charges.
On Nov. 8, police identified a man who was suspected to be involved with an armed robbery which occurred on Oct. 26. The suspect and another male were reportedly in a vehicle in the downtown area around 11:22 p.m.
Police said they were able to surround and stop the vehicle. Both of the occupants were taken into custody.
Police searched the vehicle and reported there was crystal meth, pills believed to contain morphine, a machete and drug paraphernalia within the vehicle.
Thirty-year-old Chad Barre and 28-year-old Leon Manhas are both facing multiple charges including possession of a scheduled substance and possession of a weapon. Manhas is also charged with armed robbery.
Both are scheduled to appear in court Nov. 9.
