A man in Regina is facing an impaired driving charge after a crash around 10 a.m. Sunday.
According to police, the crash involved two vehicles and happened at Pasqua Street and Pasqua Gate in the north end.
The investigation indicated the driver of a black, Nissan Sentra was southbound on Pasqua Street and attempted to turn east on Pasqua Gate. The Sentra, which had three other passengers, collided with a northbound vehicle, which had the right of way at the intersection. The Sentra was on its roof when police and EMS arrived.
One person in the Sentra was hurt in the crash. The driver was cleared by EMS and arrested.
Drew Timothy Cyr, 21, of Regina, has been charged with impaired driving.
Traffic was backed up for a while in the area around the crash, but was cleared up by noon.
