Everyone was out of the house by the time crews got there, but one person had to be treated for smoke inhalation by EMS.
The fire was brought under control within 30 minutes.
The second fire happened around 3:40 Sunday morning in an apartment at 134 Rae Street, that’s at Parliament Avenue.

As of Sunday morning investigators were still at both fire scenes, so there was no word on the cause of the fires or how much damage had been done.
