Bear spray and a gun have an adult and three teenagers facing charges this weekend.
According to Regina police, the incident happened around 1 on Saturday morning. Officers were called out to York Street, north of 1st Avenue North.
Police were told a man had been attacked with bear spray and a vehicle was circling a home on the block, with a gun being pointed at the home.
When officers got to the scene they tried to stop a vehicle matching the suspect vehicle’s description, but it got away.
Police said a short time later they found the vehicle a couple kilometres away on Argyle Street, near 3rd Avenue. Officers arrested one man and three youths – a gun was also seized by police.
Cleveland Kequahtooway, 19, was arrested and charged with two counts of breach of undertaking.
The three youths who were arrested cannot be named as per the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
The first youth was charged with flight while pursued by a peace officer, unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
The second youth was charged with pointing a firearm, possession of a weapon, careless use of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a prohibited device or ammunition in a motor vehicle, unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted weapon, and three counts of breach of undertaking.
The third youth was charged with assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon, and four counts of breach of undertaking.
