RCMP responded to the crash on Highway 1, west of Mortlach, around 7:40 Wednesday morning.
The teens, 16, 15 and 14, were eastbound when their vehicle lost control, hit a ditch and rolled several times.
The teens were taken to a Moose Jaw hospital with unknown injuries.
Westbound traffic on Highway 1 was reduced to one lane as emergency crews responded, but all lanes have since been re-opened to traffic.
RCMP not believe drugs and alcohol were a factor in the crash, but said speed likely was.
The vehicle involved was reported stolen from Calgary on Tuesday.
