Three teenagers from Alberta were involved in a single vehicle crash in southern Saskatchewan Wednesday morning.
RCMP said around 7:40 a.m, officers were dispatched to a crash on Highway 1 about 5 kilometres west of Mortlach.
The teenagers — ages 16, 15, and 14, from Calgary — were heading eastbound when their vehicle entered the north ditch and ended up rolling several times.
The teenagers were taken to a Moose Jaw hospital with unknown injuries.
While emergency crews were on the scene, westbound traffic on Highway 1 was restricted to one lane. Both westbound lanes are open now.
The investigation has determined that speed was a major factor in the crash, however drugs and alcohol were not.
The vehicle involved was reported stolen from Calgary Tuesday.
