Last year the project reached around 13,000 kids in classrooms across the province.
Four new schools being built in Saskatoon have been named.
The Saskatoon Board of Education made the announcement at a meeting Tuesday night.
“Our board of trustees has chosen to honour four admirable individuals who have made incredible contributions to our community,” said Ray Morrison, board chair, in a news release the same day.
“They set an inspiring example for the students who will learn and grow in these new schools.”
The new names are:
Public consultations with people living in the neighbourhoods, written submissions and board research led to the names.
The P3 schools are set to be ready for the 2017-18 school year.
