Saskatoon police have located the man involved in a collision near the intersection of College Drive and Clarence Avenue.
The vehicle drove into The Inn on College around 3:20 a.m. before flipping over and coming to rest on top of a parked car behind the business Tuesday morning.
Police had the corner of College Drive and Clarence Avenue blocked off as of 8:30 a.m.
Officers were seen using drones as part of their work in determining what happened.
Initially, a police spokesperson said they were still looking for the driver of the vehicle, who was reported to have left the scene on foot.
Police said in a second news release issued Tuesday afternoon the driver, the lone occupant of the vehicle, later showed up at hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Speed is believed to have been a factor in the collision.
No one inside the building was injured.
