MCU Investigators are asking for the publics assistance in identifying the suspect. He is described as a black male between the ages of 20 and 30, with short dark hair. He was last seen wearing dark pants, a long dark sleeved shirt or jacket, and a ball cap. Investigators have determined that the suspect was last seen running south on Avenue D from 19th Street. It is not believed the suspect and victim were known to each other.
