Confused if you need to bring your credit card to prove you are the correct owner of your Garth Brooks ticket? You are not alone.
Information from SaskTel Centre explains how it works:
There are approximately 3,000 tickets sold for each Garth Brooks performance that are Paperless Tickets (Credit Card Entry), these Paperless tickets are in Sections B,C, D. S, T, U and all of the floor seating.
If the customer has tickets in these sections or on the floor then the credit card belonging to the customer who purchased the tickets must be swiped at the doors. The customer’s seat locators are then printed, which gains the concert goers entry into the arena.
SaskTel Centre does allow the original purchaser to give their credit card to a friend or family member should they not be able to attend.
All other seats/sections are accessible with standard tickets (hard copy, print-at-home, e-ticket/mobile ticket)” and regular entry methods apply. Customers who purchased tickets and chose to pick-up these tickets at the arena (SaskTel Centre) must have photo I.D. and the credit card used to purchase the tickets to pick-up at SaskTel Centre.

Please note a correction has been made to this story; it previously stated the original purchaser cannot give their card to a friend or family member should they not be able to attend.
