The Saskatchewan Rush haven’t settled on simply being No. 1 in the west – they’re in an all-out battle royale for top spot in the National Lacrosse League.
The Rush are heading into their final two games of the regular season, which wraps for the boys on Saturday, April 30.
This Saturday, the Rush head west to take on the Vancouver Stealth starting at 8 p.m. Sask. time.
One week later, it’s a trip out east for the final regular season game against the Rochester Knighthawks.
Two wins would ensure the Rush have home-floor advantage if they make it to the league final.
“Winning both would be big though, we want the home-floor advantage – the crowd is amazing here – so to have that energy in the final games would be nice,” said player Curtis Knight.
The team will be back in Saskatoon to play the west final on Saturday, May 21st.
Tickets to the playoff game are still available.
The last two home games of the regular season sold out at SaskTel Centre.
