Saskatoon police are investigating the city’s fourth homicide of the year.
Investigators spent most of the day Saturday combing the parking lot of the Canarama Shopping Centre in River Heights for evidence.
It was earlier in the morning officers received a report someone had been stabbed outside a local business.
Two men, ages 18 and 22, were rushed to the hospital. The 18-year-old was later released, but the 22-year-old passed away from his injuries.
So far, no arrests have been made. But investigators were able to track down a vehicle of interest that had left the scene.
The incident remains under investigation and an autopsy will take place sometime next week.
