Two people had to be taken to hospital Friday afternoon after a crash between a motorcycle and a Toyota Camry.
According to RCMP it happened at the intersection of Highway 9 and Highway 1 near Whitewood around 2:15 p.m.
RCMP said the motorcycle was heading east on Highway 1 with a man and a woman when the Camry crossed the highway in front of it.
Both motorcycle riders had to be taken to hospital, as of Friday afternoon there was no word on the extent of their injuries. All of the occupants in the Camry were fine.
Traffic was down to one lane on Highway 1 for a while.
The driver of the Camry was charged with failing to yield to the right of way prior to turning left, and for driving an unregistered vehicle.
