An alleged stabbing has a Regina man facing an assault charge.
It happened in the 600 block of Athol Street Wednesday morning. That is where Regina police found a 25-year-old man unresponsive. He was taken to hospital with injuries that are described as not serious.
Police then found a 25-year-old woman and a 32-year-old man — both appeared to be stabbed as well. They were treated by EMS.
When the 32-year-old was released from hospital, he was arrested and charged with assault against the 25-year-old.
Donald Arthur Obey will make his first court appearance on Sept. 1.
