Fire investigators are looking into two suspicious fires that happened early Monday morning in Saskatoon.
The first started at 321 Avenue E South at approximately 3:45 a.m. The garage had a fire on Sunday.
The second was a house fire at Avenue J South and 19th Street at an abandoned home Monday morning.
A man who lives across the street from 338 Avenue J South saw smoke and flames, and called 911.
The man said he saw two kids leaving the house just before it started on fire.
The house was gutted but the fire department kept the flames from spreading to the home next door, which was evacuated as a precaution.
Fire investigators have determined that both fires are suspicious.
Damage to the garage on Avenue E South is minimal but the initial estimate for 338 Avenue J South is $75,000.
