People living in Saskatchewan can now book a Mike Holmes inspection.
The service expanded to the province last Friday, according to Ashley Shojaie, director of Mike Holmes Inspections.
“We’ve had a huge success in Ontario and Calgary and know that there’s a demand for our service in Saskatchewan. Resale and new construction housing markets are booming. It’s definitely a growing province,” said Shojaie, adding it’s important for Holmes to help people with their investment decisions.
Fans from Saskatchewan have called or emailed the company about their services, said Shojaie.
“They are willing to pay travel costs and accommodation inspectors in Calgary to fly down or drive down to Saskatchewan—particularly Saskatoon—so they can actually have a Mike Holmes Inspection,” she said.
The inspections are available in Regina, Saskatoon and surrounding areas. They include a thorough inspection with a detailed inspection report which cost $625. All inspections include a “Recall Chek” which verifies whether a recall has been issued on any home appliances, furnace, air conditioner or water heater.
