David Stewart goes low at the Sask. Amateur Golf Championship

Saskatoon’s David Stewart has a comfortable lead heading into the final round of the Saskatchewan Men’s Amateur Golf Championship in Melfort.
 
He had the low round of the day Wednesday carding a five under 67 which included six birdies and a bogey.
 
Stewart now sits at -5 for the tournament, six shots up on Prince Albert’s Ashley Ziegeman.
 
Prince Albert’s Zach Hurd and Duck Lake’s Dakota Cameron sit seven shots off the lead at +2.
 
Defending champion Tyler Frank shot a 74 and sits in a tie for 24 th at +11.
 
The final round tees off tomorrow with the top three earning spots on Saskatchewan’s Willingdon Cup team that will represent the province at the Canadian Men’s Amateur Championship in Victoria, B.C. starting Aug. 6.
