Saskatoon police are looking for two suspects and a vehicle after a woman was allegedly robbed at Centre Mall on Jan. 6, 2017.

A woman got more than she bargained for after two people allegedly robbed her at a Saskatoon mall last Friday.

Police were called to the Centre Mall around 8 p.m. on Jan. 6.

A woman reported her wallet was stolen while she was inside a store. She and her husband then confronted the male and female suspects and followed them outside.

Police said the woman held onto a side mirror of the suspects’ vehicle as they drove off.

She was dragged a short distance before the two alleged thieves threw the wallet out the window and fled the scene.

The woman sustained minor injuries.

The male suspect is described as white with blonde or red hair pulled into a ponytail. He was wearing a black jacket and a black ball cap with white logo.

The female suspect is described as indigenous with black hair. The report noted she might have some missing front teeth. The suspect was wearing a black jacket with a fur-lined hood and a white logo on the chest and left arm.

She was also wearing black leggings and UGG boots, carrying a grey purse.

The vehicle is described as a dark blue 2005 Honda Odyssey minivan. Police said it had been reported stolen in October and was displaying a licence plate stolen from another minivan.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Saskatoon Police Service at 306-975-8300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
